WisiRFID^TM platform is an enterprise-level Automatic Identification and Data Capture (AIDC) system as well as enterprise RFID application development and integration platform. It is built on the top of Microsoft .NET framework. It is a platform independent integration environment based on the Service Oriented Architecture (SOA). It supports EPCGlobal and ISO standards, which makes it easy to exchange information with RFID systems from other vendors.

WisiRFID^TM captures data, and abstracts business events from heterogenous identification infrastructure containing RFID - active, passive (UHF/HF/LF), semi-active; barcode and sensors. It supports data filtration, data aggregation, data routing, and messaging via an intermediate middleware layer, and enables intelligent management of RFID data for the enterprise systems. It also facilitates the dispatch of the business events to enterprise applications in real-time.

The WisiRFID^TM management tools allow RFID readers to be networked and integrated with closed loop diverse sensing hardware. The Rule engine of WisiRFID^TM framework facilitates operation and control of the RFID infrastructure through workflow and operational logic that influences different transaction points of the infrastructure from the edge to the back-end enterprise systems.

WisiRFID^TM platform enables real-time data collection and provides visibility into the workflow processes improving the decision making. It can be used in the development of enterprise systems such as Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Warehouse management, Personnel/Asset Tracking and e-Pedigree. These RFID enabled systems can enhance industry applications and verticals such as Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Aerospace, Automotive, Defense, Electronics, Agriculture, Shipping and Transportation.
